An extra pay run was processed on a typical payroll day. This extra pay run for 1 employee is showing as $0 on the STP Reporting page even though they were paid an amount (as shown in the pay run and their payslip). Our EOM totals do not match the ATO because of this.
How do I report the correct amount to the ATO?

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! To address this issue, I suggest sending an update event and then reviewing the payroll activity, Payroll Register, and YTD Verification report.
