I'm trying to do a payroll run but I keep getting a message I need to update my ATO reporting category but it's greyed out. What do I do now???

Hi Vadar,
If it’s the Superannuation Guarantee category that’s playing up and the ATO reporting category field is greyed out, no dramas. Please reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page. They can take a look at what’s happening in your file and help run a script to get your payroll run back on track.
