Super - Funds returned due to closed super account

    Hi Z_S,

     

    Thanks for reaching out regarding the STP reporting issue related to the returned super funds due to a closed super account.

     

    To correct the STP reporting and ensure the correct split between the SG Super and Salary Sacrificed Super, reverse both the SG Super and Salary Sacrificed Super amounts to clear the system treats the next entry as a fresh, corrected transaction. After reversing, reprocess the super contributions. The system will now allow you to correctly split the amounts between SG Super and Salary Sacrificed Super.
