Hi all,
Thanks for laying that out, and it’s completely understandable to want to know exactly where things are at before sending the next batch. As for super payments, MYOB doesn’t receive or hold the funds in this process. The clearing house debits the payment and then sends it on to the super funds. If the super payment was authorised on payday before the 4pm AET direct debit cut-off, the standard timing is:
- 3–5 business days through the clearing house.
- Plus the fund’s 3-day allocation window.
After the money has left the bank account, there can still be a little more travel time before it appears under the member in the super fund. You can also check this Community Forum thread for a more detailed breakdown of the payment timeframes. If the payment still hasn’t reached the fund after that timeframe, you can reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page so they can check what’s going on with the payment.
Cheers,
Doreen

Paying out at 10.30am on Monday Morning, funds leave bank straight away, and 7 days later still not showing.
First one appeared in the Super Fund at the following Monday after lunch.
Last Monday's payments, still not showing in fund and again tomorrow will be day 7.
Companies are being told to be compliant, we are doing it, and using MYOB service to do it, but someone is holding funds for all that time?
3 days for allocation, ok fair enough, but two weeks in a row and it's clearly 7 days
