Super not being accepted

Morning MYOB

I'm having difficulty creating a Super payment.

When I go to submit it it says 'One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments' I have checked each super fund and they all seem fine

I've even tried to submit them individually by super fund and done will be accepted.

Please help

  • Same here Shelley. We have tried numerous times and its so frustrating. WE need some help from MYOB but its very hard to get it.

    Hi Shelly, I had a similar issue after setting up PaySuper, so re-added the super funds that didn't work and it sorted the problem. You can't delete the old ones though (which makes it confusing). Still waiting for the actually payment to be processed (I ran the pays on 1 July). The whole transfer to PaySuper has been such a s$%t show. Hope this helps.

    It's worth checking the super fund details you have are also listed on this page. It's a list of all the super funds that you can currently pay from your MYOB file. I usually recommend hitting Ctrl + F and searching for the details you have. You'll want to make sure that what you've entered into your file matches up with the details listed on this list. If the issue persists, get in touch with our live chat team via MOCA for further assistance.

    I havent reversed it yet as it says that it is "Processing" still. Im worried if i reverse it it will go through twice. We have identified 1x employee ESA that wasnt in there and have now corrected it.  What status did yours show before you reversed it? Thank you for your reply, MYOB is hopeless with its customer service and replying in a timely manner :(

    Ours still says processing but when it didnt work the message was Failed/unpaid so i am hoping it works! Really try to hold on to that phone call because once you get through they are very helpful :)

  • Thankyou. I had a phone call with MYOB on Friday and we solved the problem. We didnt have the ESA number for 1 employee and it stopped the whole process. You have to make sure every employee has their SPIN/USI code or for Self funded super its the ESA code or no ones super payment will go through.

    Hi there, im having the same problem as its 1x persons ESA Code that wasnt entered. How did you repay the entire batch? The email i received says to "wait for the refund and then follow the steps" however they didnt take any money from our account so nothing to refund. Really anxious that its now a week since we paid it and the new payday super rules. Yet this is a MYOB error. Ive been on hold on the phone now for over 3 hrs..... Im also waiting on Live chat....

    Oh you poor thing. I was on hold for 2 hrs. Have you reversed your payment? We identified the employee and paid all other employees super and did his separately. We had to get the accountant to enter his ESA as i think it goes to the ATO first before we could add it to his card file.
