A few months ago, I setup the SMSF and a few days ago, I setup MYOB with super pay and everything got setup correctly.
I was expecting the super payment to go to my SMSF yesterday, but it did not go into my super fund. What could I be doing wrong?

When did you process the payment, and has the funds come out of your linked bank account.
It can take a week or longer once the funds have left your bank account to reach your fund.

Thank you so much for your quick reply.
When you mean process the payment, do you mean the pay slip? I did this on Wednesday I think. the end of the week or the pay week ends on Friday. So it was 4/7/25.
Do I need to process the payment differently? Before I setup this, I had my bank to pay to my industry super every week.
The money has not left the company bank account yet.

Once you authorise a super payment in MYOB, it can take up to 10 business days for the payment to process and leave your company bank account. If you’re wondering whether everything’s been done right, it’s worth double-checking the steps in the info link to make sure you’re ticking all the boxes.
