SUPERANNUATION PAYMENTS TO NEW FUND

Is anyone else having to change multiple employees from Statewide to Hostplus ? I have changed all to Hostplus in their details and as no-one has their new member numbers I have used UNKNOWN (as advised) but there is still a problem .............................

  • I have the same issue. I have 4 employees who were with Statewide Super, but have been automatically merged to Hiostplus. Hostplus advise that a member number is not available yet, but payments can still be made provide we update the ABN/USI. They said they will be able to match who to make the payment to by the employees name, DOB, TFN etc.

BUT, MYOB don't allow you to submit the super payment without a member number.
I am thinking I should have just left the Statewide member numbers instead of removing them.

I have read in other posts you can set the member number as 'NEW1', 'NEW2' etc. Instead, I just used the employees name, and that seems to have allowed the payment to go through.

        Hi AP06

Thanks for that. I can see that the superfund is active and listed on our superfund list, are you able to hover over the red cross. Does it say what the exact error is ?
