The error “One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments” is usually the system yelling that something in the chain is inactive, even when everything looks fine on your side. First thing to rule out is the ABN you’re paying super from. If the ABN is cancelled or inactive, Pay Super will keep blocking the whole batch. It’s worth getting our team to check the status and help update it if needed. If the ABN is all good, it’s almost always one rogue fund in the batch. Try running the payment in smaller chunks until you hit the one that triggers the same error. Since you've mentioned that SMSF details are all updated, it's best to check this one out with the team.
