Thanks for explaining what’s happened, I can see how this would be confusing, especially since the employee is already inactive. You’ll need to reactivate the employee card first, then follow the steps in this help article for returned super contributions: Returned superannuation contributions.
- record the returned super against your Superannuation Payable category,
- record a $0 pay run to reverse the super using a negative super amount,
- and then record another $0 pay run to reprocess it once the details are correct
