I am having the exact same issue as the above customers. Payslips show correct net pay as per new tax tables but the amount that has come out of the business account and paid this financial year to employees is as per last year's tax rates (so incorrect amounts have gone into employees accounts).
I can see in one instance above a 'script' was going to be run by MYOB to resolve this issue and in another case, it was established for this customer that there was an issue with 'duplicate tax tables installed in a data file' - that MYOB had to fix.
I need this fixed for me as well and am unclear why it is not being communicated to customers that there is an issue. Please advise.

Hi DualFuel,
I understand that you're experiencing an issue with MYOB not calculating the tax rate accurately after processing pay runs for July. This problem requires further investigation and isn't something that can be resolved with a simple script. Our dedicated team needs to repair the file. Please partner with our live chat support for more detailed assistance.
To connect with a live chat agent, please start by contacting our virtual assistant, MOCA, through myob.com/support. If MOCA is unable to resolve your issue, it will transfer you directly to our live chat team for further help. Also, you can raise a support ticket via My Account.
Cheers,
Princess
