Terminated Full Time Employee returning under 12 months - Entitlements

Hi, a fulltime employee who left in October 2023 & was paid out holiday leave entitlements is returning next week. When I removed their termination date their leave balance from October 2023 returned to their leave balances.  How is this fixed please?

    Hi Doreen, thank you for your reply.

    I found a solution to this problem 2 months ago when I needed this fixed before the employees first pay on return.

    Hi springcav,

    how did you resolve this issue of returning entitlements back to zero for a returning employee?

    Need to do this for an employee this week.

    Hey KLB20,

     

    Our team can fix this by running a script on your file to reset those entitlements properly. Make sure to reach out to them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
