Terminated Staff still accumulating leave

Good day,

 

I just noticed on my leave balance report, that staff that's been terminated are still accumulating leave.

 

I've gone into their profiles and the still have anniversary dates for leave to roll over.

 

How can I change this?

    Hey René,

     

    Terminated employees shouldn't continue accruing leave. To sort this out, check their profile and make sure a termination date has been recorded termination. You can also check this link for more info. If they're still accruing leave even after you've entered a terminated date, make sure to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount, so they can check this out for you.

    Hi Doreen,

     

    Below are screenshots of one employee who's been terminated (with termination date)

     

     

     

    In the leave balance report this employee still shows as "active"

     

    There are others as well.

     

    I've logged a support request with MYOB support.
