timesheets not being uploaded from yourpay to essentials payroll

Hi there,

when I go to 'view timesheets' the csv is created for the correct period, but their are entries are all blank.  Not one entry has been uploaded to the csv file from Youpay app on the employees phones.  Today is payday. This is urgent!

Generally, with blank timesheet entries not being uploaded from the Youpay app, you would need to follow these steps:

    1. Check App Settings: Verify that the Youpay app settings on employees' phones are configured correctly, particularly regarding timesheet submissions.
    2. App Version: Ensure that all employees have the latest version of the Youpay app installed. Outdated versions can sometimes lead to syncing issues.
    3. Sync Troubleshooting: Ask employees to try syncing their timesheets manually within the app. Sometimes, manual sync can trigger the upload process.
    4. Data Connection: Ensure that employees have a stable internet connection while using the Youpay app. A weak or unstable connection can prevent data from syncing.
    5. App Permissions: Confirm that the app has the necessary permissions to access and upload data. Check both the app settings and the phone's settings.
    6. Review Upload Logs: If the app has any logs or error reports related to timesheet uploads, review them to identify any specific issues or error messages.
    7. Manual Input: As a temporary solution, you may need to manually input the timesheet data into your payroll system to ensure employees are paid correctly today.
