I have also been having this issue with my payroll. I reported it on this forum several weeks ago and the only useful advice I received was to process my payroll in batches. This is how I have been doing my payroll for several weeks but it now takes twice as long to do when I should be able to do it all in one go.
Please can MYOB look seriously into this issue as it is incredibly frustrating that an issue I reported weeks ago has still not been rectified.

Thanks for your reply. How many employees do you process at a time ? It seems that MYOB isn't that keen on rectifying any reported issues at all. Their customer service is the worst that I have come across.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
If you're having an issue processing pay runs for 45 employees, we recommend processing it by batch. For example, by 10's. Also, try using a different web browser and clearing your browser cache. Please let us know how it goes on your end.
