Unable to record and process pay.

Hello, I've encountered difficulties processing payments through MYOB Essential recently, and it has been ongoing for more than three weeks. I'm unable to record payments and send payslips using MYOB...

Thanks for your reply. How many employees do you process at a time ? It seems that MYOB isn't that keen on rectifying any reported issues at all. Their customer service is the worst that I have come across.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

 

If you're having an issue processing pay runs for 45 employees, we recommend processing it by batch. For example, by 10's. Also, try using a different web browser and clearing your browser cache. Please let us know how it goes on your end.
