Unable to use Pay super for a Australian Ethical Super (Ex-Christian Super members)

Hi,

In running the "Pay Super"for June payment, an error message was received for members who are Australian Ethical Super (Ex-Christian Super members). 

 

The error message displays ""This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation.  Please edit the fund from the Superannuation Fund List window and select a valid Fund name for it."

 

The name of this super fund is selected from the drop-down menu and there is no change in the USI.

I have checked with Australian Ethical Super and they told me that the USI for this super fund CHR0001AU is valid for receiving super payment.  I have been using "Pay Super" since the beginning of 2024 and there were not any problems in sending payment to this super fund.

 

Is there update in the system that not allowing us to use Pay Super for this super fund, if so, how can we pay super to those employees who are under this fund?

    This error typically occurs when the super fund/SMSF created is corrupted. To fix it simply go to Lists > Superannuation, rename the existing fund then create a new fund with the same details. Assign the new fund to the employee card and process pay super.

    Thanks for your detailed post. This error typically occurs when the super fund/SMSF created is corrupted. To fix it, simply go to Lists > Superannuation, rename the existing fund, then create a new fund with the same details. Assign the new fund to the employee card and process pay super.
