Where is the support?

How does someone have a conversation with a human directly? I have wasted 5-6 hours the past 2 days without resolution. I still can't process the pay run. My staff need to be paid.    MYOB is losing me very quickly.  Cumbersome system, UX changes that are not intuitive, payroll reporting that is not accurate, accounting that is difficult to configure. I can go on. I might have to switch to another software. Very frustrating!!

    Hi Vangel the best ways to contact support at MYOB is either:
    Submitting a case via myaccount.myob.com (typically for non-urgent queries)
    Using our virtual assistant MOCA

    MOCA can be found on many MYOB websites but is also available in My Account mentioned above.
    When MOCA is unable to provide you with an answer, you will be escalated through to a human livechat support agent.

    Alternatively, if you want to explain any errors you are experiencing, the community may be able to provide a solution for you as well and/or you can search for an existing answer in case someone else has had the same problem.
