Whoops, we've hit a snag! Paysuper

Trying to setup PaySuper for a client and cannot proceed beyond step 3.

After entering the business details, banking details, user roles, ticking terms and conditions selecting submit I see the error message Whoops, We've hit a snag!

Please advise on how this can be resolved.

    My apologies for the late response. Looking at your account, the email indicates that one SN has had a "started" status since 2020, which might be causing the error. I recommend reaching out to our virtual assistant MOCA, designed to dive deeper into problems like this.
