Whoops we have hit a snag - PaySuper

I tried to set up PaySuper and got to the last step where they are going to deposit 1c in the bank account and I got the message 'Whoops we have hit a snag'. 

 

I signed out, cleared the browser history and relogged in. Now when I try to click on sign up for PaySuper - I get the same message - Whoops we have hit a snag - and it says that only the Owner can sign up for PaySuper - even though I am signed in as the Owner. 

 

Can you please help?

    Sorry to hear about your troubles trying to apply for Super. There are a lot of possible reasons that may hinder you from processing your application. I would love to check this for you. For us to check on this, please send me a private message containing the following:

    • Serial number 
    • Full name and email address
    • Company name 
    • Company File ID
    • Screenshot of the error message

        Hi VB4 

        Just want to follow up if you're still having this issue? If so, On the first page please enter the ABN without any space to verify your MYOB.
