why is it showing a negative and positive for the employee to choose super payment

I followed the MYOB directions on what to do for a Returned superannuation contributions and when I go to "pay the super" both the returned pay and regular super pay are showing up to choose.  Obviou...

Thanks for your post.

 

When you followed the steps to record a returned super contribution, were you able to process a pay run with negative figure but same amount as the original super payment? Then after processing a pay run with a negative figure, did you process another pay run with positive figure? I highly suggest to check The Help Article Returned superannuation contributions if it is the same steps that you followed to record and reprocess the returned super contribution.
