Exceptions dashboard not loading at all in browser version

Hi Gayathris,

 

Thanks for flagging this. If the Exceptions Dashboard isn’t loading in the browser, please first try clearing your browser cache or opening the file in a different browser. If it still doesn’t load after that, this looks like something our support team will need to check more closely on the file itself. Please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account.

    Sorry, I can't see my company in My account, its showing me other two companies who used to be clients. And I can't figure out which area to navigate to in MOCA.

     

    Clearing Cache hasn't helped, so I need some one to look into the company file to check and advise why the exceptions dashboard isn't working
