I see that you need help with your client's running a report and that they have received a "failed to load report." No worries! There are a number of places you can check for assistance. You can raise a support ticket via My Account. You can also chat with our support team live. Head on over to http://myob.com/contactus and click the purple speech bubble (lower right-hand corner) to open MOCA. From there, type in "get help from a support agent," and this will give you a link to open a live chat.
