    Hi Wendy6171,

In Business Lite there isn’t a separate report that lists all possible super funds. You’ll see:

    • All funds already set up in your file under Settings (cog) > Payroll settings > Superannuation funds – this shows each fund’s name, type, ABN and USI.
    • The full searchable list of APRA funds only when you go to Create super fund (that dropdown is the Pay Super fund list described here: Set up superannuation funds

    Regards,
    Earl

    Hi L-Mac,

Thanks for posting and for working through the Payday Super setup for your client.

You don’t need to complete the 6‑digit bank account verification before you can access or update the super fund list – that list should be available to you already. The bank verification is only required for actually processing super payments later on.

You can review and update the super funds from both the AccountRight desktop and the browser.

    In AccountRight desktop

Open the company file in AccountRight.

Go to the Lists menu at the top.

    Choose Superannuation Funds.

This opens the list of existing funds, where you can review or add new ones.

Figure 1 below shows where to find Lists > Superannuation Funds in the desktop menu:

AccountRight desktop Lists menu with Superannuation Funds highlighted

Figure 1: AccountRight desktop – Lists menu with Superannuation Funds highlighted.

When you click New, you’ll see the super fund details window where you can enter the Registered Name, SPIN/USI, Fund ABN, and Employer Membership No.

AccountRight desktop New Superannuation Fund window

Figure 2: AccountRight desktop – New Superannuation Fund window.

    In the browser

If you’re working in the browser version, you’ll manage the list from Payroll settings:

Sign into your MYOB business in the browser.

Go to Payroll in the left‑hand menu.

    Select Payroll settings.

Open the Superannuation (or Superannuation funds) section to view and update the fund list.

From there you can confirm each employee’s super fund and make any changes needed while you’re waiting for the bank account to be verified.

    I hope this helps!

    Regards,
    Earl

I am going through the process of Payday super setup now for a client, we are in the process of getting the bank account verified, but whilst awaiting that thought we could move onto the superfund list and employee check area - I cannot locate the Lists-Superannuation step - is it possible that we need to do the 6 digit verification BEFORE that list is available to use?? PS I am in web and desktop versions, cant see it in either

Thankyou for the assistance. I kept trying to locate the solution to my question whilst waiting for a response and indeed I did locate the "Payroll settings" - however it is not located in the left hand list under payroll, that was what was throwing me.. it is located in the dashboard up the top right of my screen near the company file name under settings ... but yes the location in desktop is correct.. that was my dilemma as i was following everything i had read that was pointing me to the left side of my screen under payroll..much appreciated - just a minor glitch..
