New Report Packs

Hi MYOB, me again...

 

I have also noticed that when you import an external report, such as a .PDF file into a report pack, this external report is displayed in the Table of Contents by it's file name.  I would like to edit this for my clients as seeing something like ATL Sep2022 ABC PtyLtd.pdf in the ToC is meaningless to the client, even though it may be my shorthand nameing convention for the file.

 

I would like to be able to edit the name that displayes in the ToC so it is more meaningful to the client.

    Hi AlanT 

     

    When uploading files to the report pack the system will pull the filename of that document and include that as part of the report. As the system doesn't currently have the ability to customise those Tables of Contents, it will list the file name as the Table of Contents entry for that document.

    If you would like to see the ability for Table of Contents entries in the Report Packs be adjusted then I would recommend posting it on the Idea Exchange for consideration of this Community and the MYOB Product Development team.
