When uploading files to the report pack the system will pull the filename of that document and include that as part of the report. As the system doesn't currently have the ability to customise those Tables of Contents, it will list the file name as the Table of Contents entry for that document.
If you would like to see the ability for Table of Contents entries in the Report Packs be adjusted then I would recommend posting it on the Idea Exchange for consideration of this Community and the MYOB Product Development team.
