Reading the details of what the report achieved, I believe you are looking for one of the sales reports which based on the description I believe it is one of the following:
-
Receivables reconciliation with tax
-
Customer transactions
I would suggest checking out these two above, as well as the other sales reports available to see if these achieve the intended purpose.
