There can be several reasons why the reports are failing. To help identify the root cause, I recommend going through the following steps:
- Clearing your browser's cache.
- Running the report with a shorter date range.
- Exporting all your accounts and then importing them into the file.
- Checking if this issue is specific to sales reports or if it affects other reports as well.
