Report Pack stuck on loading [aka spinning wheel]

    That sounds like a pain.  Especially when it works for the majority of your files.

     

    I've had this problem in the past.  If you're like me and utilise the PDF style templates and have nice logos for your reports, then the issue could lie there.  Could you review the format of the logos?  That is, JPG, PNG, etc.

     

    The reason I ask is, although JPG's work fine with MYOB's generic reports, the system struggles with JPG's when trying to generate Report Packs for some reason.  This is a back end issue and unfortunately is in the too hard basket to fix.

     

    If it is a JPG, could you reformat the logo to PNG and upload that instead.  I think it might solve your issue.  If it does, could you kindly click this message as solved.

Yes, I did mean Durkin, not Durkim. haha.

 

I had a look into to it and I could not believe that, although it does state that you can upload JPG's, this file's logo was the only one that was one.  All of the other files had PNG logos.  I did as you recommended and presto, the problem was solved.  You just saved me so much time and anguish.
