HI Earl
I am the only user of this account and have all appropriate access.
I have checked the help page, and also submitted a ticket.
the ticket response has come through and given me an answer to a product that I am not even using, which of course hasn't solved the problem, any other suggestions? I am desperately requiring reports for month end and for an upcoming AGM meeting

Hi LynnR,
The only known reason the reports aren't able to export is because of user access, as mentioned. I recommend continuing the conversation with support. If it's not related to user access, it may be a deeper issue that needs further troubleshooting.

Hi LynnR,
To resolve the issue of the Import/Export Assistant option being greyed out in MYOB Business, ensure you have been assigned a role that grants access to this feature, such as Administrator or Accountant/Bookkeeper.
