Reports - Failing to load

Hi - my reports such as aged payables and receivables are currently having an issue with loading. They keep coming up with error messages when any date past 25/09/2024 is selected. Issue is happening on both MYOB AR desktop and online.

    Hi NS23,

     

    You can try running the report for a shorter period to see if that helps. Also, I was able to run a fix on your company file. Just log out and then log back in. Try loading the reports again to see if any error messages show up. Regarding the error message received from AccountRight, you can refer to this link for more information.
