Account Code Default

Hi Cel, 

 

I have filled in my supplier contact information and pre-set my account expense codes (in web browser), however, when I create a bill and add the supplier the pre-set account code does not come up and I have to manually put it in. 

But if I create a bill in AccountRight all of my pre-set account expense codes auto-fil. 

 

So my question is; why doesn't it auto-fil on the web browser?

    Thanks for your post and Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    We are aware that there are some users creating a bill but the account code is not auto-filled, this issue has been passed on to the relevant team. While this is been looked at, in the mean time, kindly remove the auto populated supplier name and re-select it from the drop down. In this case, the account code is chosen.
