Bills to Pay: changing the "transaction description" field.

In the desktop version, you can change the "transaction description" field when setting up a "bill to pay". This field does not exist on the equivalent screen on the online version.

It does exist in the "spend money" screen in the online version - albeit under a slightly description of "Description of Transaction".

How can I change the "Transaction Description" field (that is used in the General Ledger Report) for transactions that have been generated from the "Bills to Pay" menu in the online version of MYOB Business?
