Blacklisted email

Good Morning,

 

I work for the Northern Territory Government. We've recently been contacted by several of our suppliers who use the MYOB product that our Accounts Payable email address ------------------- is being blocked.

 

Please see attached.

 

If this isn't the right forum for this please let me know.

    It was blacklisted but has now been removed.

    We appreciate you providing such detailed information. Based on the email you've provided, it was indeed blacklisted in our system. We've made some backend changes that should resolve the issue.
