Email blacklisted?

Hi,

We keep having the same customers emails bouncing back from our MYOB the email is accounts@waikatoclutch.co.nz can you please remove this email from the blacklist if it is on there.

    Hi bcrnp2015,

     

    That email has been whitelisted now, so it should go through fine. 

     

    If the issue persists, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.

    Hi bcrnp2015,

    After reviewing the email you provided, it was indeed blacklisted in our system. We've made the necessary changes to resolve this issue.
     

    Additionally, I’ve removed the email from this post to prevent any confidential information from being visible in a public space.
