Blacklisted domain on myobs side

Hey guys I have been contacted by a supplier who uses MYOB to send invoices to our client Exact Accounts Payable email stating the email is being rejected. 

 

Can we verify exactcontracting.com.au address has been blacklisted? began yesterday at 130pm our time

 

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Subject: ----------

Destination: accounts@exactcontracting.com.au

Sent: September 5th 2025, 10:44:04 am

    You're a legend for spotting that! The reason the emails weren't coming through is that the email domain accidentally got itself blacklisted on our end yesterday, but no worries we've sorted it so it's smooth sailing from here. You and your suppliers should be able to send invoices smoothly!
