Hi there,
We have had a few suppliers say everytime they and try and send invoices they are getting the below message
From: <bounce@apps.myob.com>
Sent: Friday, 23 January 2026 10:27 AM
Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.
Destination:
Sent: January 23rd 2026, 10:26:25 am
Message: Please contact us immediately if you are unable to detach or download your Invoice. Thank you.
Diagnostic-Code: rejected
Looking at similar cases on the MYOB forums, most were due to the recipient email address being blacklisted in MYOB. Could you please check and confirm if this is the case for us and fix if it is?
