Hi Earl,
Thanks for your suggestion unfortunately, it didn't solve my issue.
The detail I originally missed was that when clicking the "edit invoice" link it takes me to a window headed "My Business" populated with a list of our practice clients, I then click on the client's name again and am taken back to the home screen.

Thank you for confirming, and I apologize for the delayed response. I've implemented some changes on the backend. Could you please attempt to clear your browser's cache once more, then log in again and check if it resolves your issue?
