Cant delete payment applied to Bill.

I have a mystery payment applied to a bill. It has no reference to the payment on the bill but shows an amount allocated when I go to bill payments to pay.

      It's a bit strange that there's a payment applied to a bill without a payment reference number. To delete the payment, you'll first need to locate the payment transaction. Let's troubleshoot this by clearing your browser cache, logging out, and logging back in again. After that, go to Find Transactions > Transaction > Purchase Journal to locate the payment applied to that bill. If you're still having trouble locating the payment transaction, you can reach out to our support team through live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or submit a support ticket via MyAccount.
