Can't download a pdf

Hello everyone, my clients cant download a pdf invoice from the invoice app from their email. Is there a technical issue happening at the moment? Thanks

Thanks for raising this. Currently, we have no reported issues related to this. Could you confirm whether an error message appears when they attempt to download the invoice? You can also reach out to our team for further troubleshooting. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
