Can't download a pdf

Hello everyone, my clients cant download a pdf invoice from the invoice app from their email. Is there a technical issue happening at the moment? Thanks

Thanks for raising this. Currently, we have no reported issues related to this. Could you confirm whether an error message appears when they attempt to download the invoice?     Thanks for the screenshot. After checking with the team, they advised trying to open or download the invoice on another device, or resending the invoice to the customer.

    Hi, I have clients also receiving the URL error message when attempting to open the invoice from the link.
