Hi Im just wondering if anyone has successfully opted in to the secure invoicing - verified their account and then switched OFF the option for customers to pay via CC, Paypal etc. Im happy to add the security feature if I can be assured that my customers cannot choose the option to pay in this way with me getting charged a fee for the transaction and 1.8% of my invoice value. If anyone has successfully achieved this without having to switch it off individually for each invoice can you please let me know. I am past my verification date and cannot send invoices but still deciding if I leave MYOB and go to Xero or if I can opt in without charges.
Yep I ended up completing the process solely so I could send invoices. I have also been able to turn the online payments off as a whole, not just on individual invoices.
Just a quick tip though, I didn’t actually get notified once I had been verified. I luckily noticed when creating an invoice that the online option was there. From memory I was able to click on something in the same area that allowed me to go and turn online payments off
