And still, I hear nothing from MYOB support!

So how do we fix this? Every time I log in, I get this. I hit go to login, and enter my credentials and it lets me in, so there's that as well.

Then, there is an issue whereby I can download or send it. Its great that you're saying you can see any issue, but the issue is still here. And I need more than everything is fine; I need accounting software with basic functionality like the ability to invoice people! On top of that, I've received an invoice for the service today, yet I have no service!

And now we're back to crickets and tumbleweeds! There is no support number for New Zealand in the link you've shared, and the MOCA doesn't want to connect me with a person! The support for this platform is shockingly bad!

Currently, there is no direct support number for New Zealand listed in the link provided. Additionally, if MOCA is not connecting you with a live agent, you might want to try reaching out through other support channels such as raising a support ticket through myaccount.myob.com.
