And now we're back to crickets and tumbleweeds! There is no support number for New Zealand in the link you've shared, and the MOCA doesn't want to connect me with a person! The support for this platform is shockingly bad!

I've come to the conclusion that you are a bot, Eric, as you have failed to notice, that I've already raised a ticket and as there has been no response to it, I've raised another one. But as I've not heard from that one either, I'm likely going to migrate my data over to Xero in February ready for the next financial year
