I totally agree, MYOB seem to have forgotten who the customer is.... we log in to our computers with passwords, then into MYOB with a password and 2FA.
We pay for the service with a credit card, we supply all our personal and business details, and still we are not trusted to use your platform for what we pay for.
Perhaps software in the back ground to identify someone sending these proposed multiple invoices that you say clog your system.... you have all the details to identify and stop the posible offenders!
Sort it out and don't make it our problem!
Let alone the advertising that plagues the platform.... that again we pay for....
