Credits
If I receive a credit note electronically, can I upload this in the same way as an invoice? Will MYOB recognize this as a credit and not another invoice?

If you received a credit note, there are two ways on how you can record it. First would be to create a credit note to an existing invoice and apply it. Next is to create an invoice with a negative amount and record. It will then result to a credit note. You can check this link for more information.
