Customer Invoices (PDF) - Not loading/Nil Info

Hi all, 

We have just noticed on some occasions our invoices sent to customers are not coming through correctly. See attached a photo - Any one else have this issue? or a solution?

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot. The screenshot you've sent looks alot like an issue with the logo size. 

     

    From similar cases, one thing that has helped is reuploading a smaller or lower-resolution version of the logo used on the invoice template, then sending a test invoice again to check if the PDF comes through correctly.

     

    If the same issue still appears after trying that, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate this further securely. You can do that by creating a ticket through My Account or by connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
