Customers not Showing on Invoice Page

Hi,

Still having an issue with customers not showing on invoice page when I do a search for them.

I can invoice them, but they do not show up if I do a search for them on invoice page. Very frustrating when I am trying to see if they owe any money.

This has been going on for over a year and I have been told it will get fixed, it is still not fixed.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Hi Fifitz68,

     

    Thanks for raising this again and sorry it's been dragging on for so long. You're definitely not the only one seeing this. A few other users have reported the same thing where customers don't appear when searching from the invoice page, even though you can still invoice them. Our team is still working on a fix for it. The good news is your account is already included in the list of affected users, so once the fix is rolled out you'll be notified straight away. Appreciate you sticking with us while the team sorts it out.

      Thanks for the update Sai.

       

      Any idea on time frame for this.

      It has been an issue for a very long time and it seems to be getting worse.

      More and more customers are not appearing on the invoice page.

        Hi Fifitz68,

         

        You’re right to be chasing this, especially with more of your customers vanishing off the invoice page over time and the whole thing feeling worse. There still isn’t a confirmed timeframe for the fix yet. The good bit is, like Sai mentioned, your account’s already flagged as one of the affected ones. Once the fix goes live, you’ll be notified directly and won’t have to keep circling back to check on it.

  • Hello - I'm having the same problem. When looking at the invoiced list and having the dates filtered correctly I cant see any invoices raised past invoice 999. My email address is **************@yahoo.com.au and serial number is 6***********

      Thank you for sharing that you have the same issue. I went ahead and created your information and connected it to the case so you get update when any updates get pushed out.
