When updating your default email messages, the best way to go about it is to copy and paste the email variables from this link. Once you've got that copied, head into your Sales Settings, delete the existing template, and paste the new one in. Just a quick heads up— make sure not to change or edit anything inside the brackets. These are placeholders that pull through info automatically, so they'll do the work for you.
