I have had the same problem for more than 2 weeks. MYOB fix please!!!

I understand that it must be frustrating when the "Email me a copy" option is not working. Upon replicating the issue on my end, it seems to be working fine. With that, I recommend trying a different browser when sending invoices and using the feature "Email me a copy." Sometimes, browser-specific issues can cause such problems. If the issue persists, clearing your browser's cookies and cache might also help.

Hey Witchie,
No worries at all for finding this, happy to help. For MYOB Business, the "Email me a copy" option is easy to find. Follow these steps below:
- Go to Sales.
- Click on Invoices and select the invoice number you're after.
- Hit Share, then choose Email invoice.
- Finally, click on Email me a copy.
If you’re working in AccountRight, there isn’t an "Email me a copy" button, but you can still send yourself a copy using these steps:
- Go to Sales.
- Select Print/Email Invoices.
- Click on To Be Emailed tab.
- Add the recipient email address. If including more than one, separate them with semi-colons.
