Email Me A Copy Not Working
Hello, when sending invoices we have the "email me a copy" always ticked, however as of recent this is saying delivery failed to us only, our customers are receiving their invoices fine.
Would this be a back-end issue in MYOB as we have been sending/receiving emails without a problem.

It could indeed be a backend issue. I recommend checking if your email provider blacklists MYOB emails. If this isn't the cause of the email issue, please contact the support team for further troubleshooting. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
