GST number on invoices

Question

I am trying to put my GST number on my invoices but nothing is happening.

When I go into Sales settings/Templates and edit the template under the content drop down there is a check box for GST number. When I select this box nothing changes on the template preview and when I save and re-enter editing the check box has been de-selected.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to fix your issue when adding your GST number to your invoices but it isn't saving properly.

Sometimes cached data can interfere with settings changes. Try clearing your browser cache and then attempt to update the GST number setting again.
 If possible, try accessing MYOB Business on a different browser or device to see if the changes save.
 After selecting the GST number checkbox, ensure you're clicking the 'Save' button explicitly before exiting the template settings.
